Fire Suppression for Small to Medium Plant and Equipment
Protect your work site with our Compact Line® fire suppression systems for plant and equipment
Work site fires can be devastating. They put your workers at risk, cause damage to valuable equipment and, in some cases, they can even result in litigation against your business. To prevent this happening to you, you need fire suppression systems to protect your plant and equipment.
Our Compact Line® fire suppression system automatically detects and extinguishes electrical and mechanical fires, at the most common place of ignition, inside your machinery's engine compartments. So fires are suppressed immediately before they can spread.
Benefits of our Compact Line® fire suppression system
- Outstanding extinguishing capabilities
- Easy installation and low maintenance
- 100% automatic suppression of fire
- Flexible, space efficient, and cost effective
- Certified to AS5062-2006 and AS4587-1999

How our Compact Line® fire suppression system works
The Compact Line® system uses a proprietary linear sensor tube to reliably and accurately detect fire in its early stages and automatically initiate release of the extinguishing agent.
Upon detection of fire, the heat of the flames will cause the pressurised sensor tube to burst at the hottest spot (approx. 110°C). The sudden tube depressurisation actuates the special pressure differential valve and instantly floods the entire engine compartment with extinguishing agent.
The fire is quickly suppressed just moments after it began, minimising damage and downtime.
What makes our Compact Line® fire suppression systems different?
Quick and easy installation: The sensor tubing and discharge subsystem are easily installed directly above and around the engine, and the cylinder can be mounted anywhere outside the protection zone.
Patented Dual-Chamber Cylinder: The revolutionary dual-chamber design of the Compact Line® cylinder allows better resistance to withstand shock and vibration; vertical or horizontal mounting; and superior safety and leak protection.
Constant Discharge: The special pressure differential valve on the dual chamber cylinder incorporates a built-in pressure regulator to ensure a constant and sustained discharge of the extinguishing agent, helping to prevent reignition.
Tested and certified: Our Compact Line® system is certified to AS5062-2006 and AS4587-1999 to provide you assurance of its suitability for the application.
Protecting assets and personnel is critically important for any business. Unfortunately, fires can occur anywhere, and workplaces must be adequately prepared.
